01 FIELD LEADERSHIP PROGRAM STRATEGIC PLANNING
This represents a half to a full day of planning by key company leaders on building out the plan, the players, the priorities, key needs, and topics and related – also including a timeline. This is optional but for long-term effectiveness, it is not a bad idea. In-Person 4-6 hour program.
02 THE FIVE-MINUTE FOREMAN WORKSHOP
This leadership training program provides concrete lessons for field leader improvement. Designed in a manner to make immediate impact on-field operations, the training program covers lesson plans that tell foremen exactly what to do and say to get better results from their crews, their peers, and on their projects. It also is about getting foreman to understand, and accept, the role of a professional and represent their company and industry. Available Live, In-Person 4-hour program or Virtual 2.5 hour program
03 THE FIVE-MINUTE FOREMAN (FMF) BOOK: MASTERING THE PEOPLE SIDE OF CONSTRUCTION
This book is a benefit to the readers, allowing them to review topics and what The Five-Minute Foreman is about. The workshop can’t cover the whole book, so it is important to cover the material within the book. They will have it to read and reread in the future – and has been written in a style that makes it an easy read & understand and put into action. We will provide you with complimentary material that goes with the book for further study. This includes a study guide, answer key, PowerPoint Presentation, and best practices for easy use & implementation.
04 THE PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION LEADER (PCL) MICRO-LEARNING VIDEOS
- PCL Learning is a video coaching series that provides leadership strategy, practical advice, and inspiring messages to transform your field leaders. Great content is combined with cutting-edge micro-learning lessons and delivered with the flexibility of mobile technology. This coaching content meets the needs of field leaders by reaching them when and where it fits them best. And it is in their language by someone who stood in their shoes.
- The videos are sent out bi-weekly and are available on-demand to view anytime over the course of your one-year subscription. This includes 26 videos in total, with analytics at your fingertips.
- Meeting once a month or more with your leaders is important to encourage engagement. When meeting, many client leaders view the video again and start a conversation by asking questions so there can be peer-to-peer learning. Individual and group discussion questions to use along with the videos are available for distribution.

03 THE PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION LEADER (PCL) MICRO-LEARNING, 2ND YEAR VIDEOS ALL NEW
Begin a new subscription of videos after your event with a whole new PCL library of 26 titles. Evaluate first-year subscription assessment results and adjust engagement practices as needed. We suggest taking turns on who facilitates the monthly meetings. This will teach participants to learn how to effectively run a meeting.

The Professional Construction Leader coaching videos have been instrumental to the success of our Foreman meetings. We watch videos and then use the provided discussion questions. We talk about real experiences on the job site that were related to a video. One example is one of our members drove up to the job site, told us he really did look in his rear-view mirror and said, “I run millions of dollars’ worth of work, I am a professional.” He was recently promoted to Assistant Superintendent.
I have been in the trade for 25 years and have always thought that my way was the right way because I always got the job done on time and not taking anyone else’s thoughts or feelings into consideration because they weren’t the ones signing my pay check.
