Mark Breslin And Kurt Eddy On What It Takes To Go From Running A Machine To Running A 500-Person Company.
Kurt Eddy started as an apprentice. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, he went from running a machine to leading a company of 500 people doing hundreds of millions in work.
He didn’t get there with a degree or connections. He got there by learning to lead people, one crew and one job at a time.
Mark Breslin and Kurt talk about what he learned on the way up, how he manages today and why he never let his humble roots hold him back.

Kurt Eddy is President and CEO of PRS Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Pavement Recycling Systems, based in Jurupa Valley, California. He started his career as an apprentice and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He worked his way up from running equipment in the field to leading a company of about 500 people doing hundreds of millions of dollars in work. He still leads with the work ethic and respect for the crew he learned on the jobsite.
