About this webinar

Raw. Truthful. Insightful.

Some of the most critical leadership lessons don’t come from classes or books; they come from the example you set every day. With over 30 years as a mentor in the construction industry, Mark Breslin has always had at least two mentors himself. In this powerful session, he speaks directly to field leaders—foremen, superintendents, and seasoned pros—who’re ready to shape careers while growing their own. It’s not about adding another task; it’s about recognizing the moments you already have to teach, support, and build influence. Real experts. Real stories. Real solutions for the jobsite.
