MASTER MIND

Mental Health & Leadership on the Jobsite

Live Webinar

High-pressure environments and physically demanding work can take a toll on the mental well-being of construction workers. When stress, anxiety, or emotional challenges go unaddressed, they can negatively impact on jobsite safety, productivity, and team morale. As a leader, recognizing when your team members are struggling and knowing how to provide the right support is crucial to maintaining a healthy, resilient, and safe workforce.

This training program equips construction leaders and supervisors with the skills to create a jobsite culture that fosters mental resilience and emotional well-being.
