In addition to her extensive experience in leadership development, Lisa has a deep background in EHS and mental health in high-stress industries like construction. Drawing from her 42 years of martial arts training as an 8th-degree Black Belt in Shaolin Kung Fu, Lisa teaches leaders how to maintain composure and strength in the face of challenges, applying principles of discipline and clear communication to inspire teams.
